The purpose of this Discord moderation helper bot ("Perspective Moderation") is to automatically flag and categorize messages sent in any channel within your server, or custom nicknames set within your server, for moderator review.
Users are strictly prohibited from knowingly and intentionally reducing service quality through spam or any other disruptive behavior.
Adherence to Discord's terms of service and community guidelines is mandatory.
The legal rights to the name and branding of Perspective Moderation are not retained by the owner.
Reverse engineering, modification, or unauthorized distribution of Perspective Moderation is expressly prohibited.
Certain data, such as user ID, username, and a URL to your profile picture, may be stored if there is a pending report.
If the report is manual, the provided reason for the report will also be stored while the report is pending.
Additionally, either some or all of your message at the time of the report, or your nickname at the time of the report, may be stored.
The stored message content may include text, images, or other media. The stored data will be retained for up to one month or until the report has been resolved, after which it will be securely deleted.

The owner of Perspective Moderation retains the right to terminate access and services at any time and for any reason. Upon termination, users may lose access to stored data or reports.
Perspective Moderation is provided "as is" and without any warranty.
Users are responsible for their own use of the bot, and the owner waives any liability for damages
The intents Perspective Moderation requests from the Discord API are GUILD_MEMBERS, GUILD_MESSAGES, MESSAGE_CONTENT, and DIRECT_MESSAGES.
The owner reserves the right to update the Terms of Service at any time. The version will be provided in the bio for Perspective Moderation, and users are expected to check for updates regularly. Continued use of Perspective Moderation after the terms have been updated constitutes agreement to the revised terms.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms of Service will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
